Diffrentiated instruction can be define as the pocess of ensuring that what learner learns, how he/she learns it, and how the learner demostrate what they have learned. One may also say that diffrentiated learning is an effective teaching that involves providing learners with diffrent avenues to acquiring content to processing, construct or making sense of ideas, and to develop teaching materialss and assessment measures so that learners within a classroom can learn effectively regardless of diffrences in the ability of the learners.
DIFFRENTIATED INSTRUCTION CAN BE EFFECTIVELY INTERGRATED INTO THE COURSES OF EDUCATION IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
    1. It create diverse avenue for learners to acquire knowledge in the courses of education.
    2. It also help the teacher to know the diffrent ways by which a learner easily learn and retain what he/she learnt.
    3. Diffrentiated learning help the teacher to know how best learning can interest each learner and what interest them.
    4. Diffrentiated learning can be effectively intergrated into the course of education because it provides feedback for both the teacher and the learners for a good assessment.
    5. Diffrentiated instruction also help the teacher to have sufficient and appropriate knowledge of the learners including the ability to plan and deliver suitable lesson.

Question 1 under group7: Differentiated instruction or learning in education is a framework or philosophy for effective teaching that involves providing students with different avenues to acquiring content, to processing constructing or making sense of ideas; and to developing teaching materials and assessment measures so that all students within a classroom can learn effectively, regardless of differences in ability. Differentiated instruction according to Carol Ann Tomlinson is the process of "ensuring that what a student learns, how he or she learns it and how the student demonstrates what he or she has learned is a match for that student's readiness level, interests and preferred mode of learning". Teachers can be differentiated through the following four ways: through content, process, product, learning environment based on the individual learner. Question 2: differentiated instruction has been the focus in education since IDEA passed, it has been around for a while. This is because good teachers don't need a class to tell them that their students are different. Even in a homogeneously grouped classroom, a teacher will be faced with a diversity of learners. The teacher provide a variety of practical instructional strategies to accomodate a broad range of learning styles, abilities and curriculum content. Creative, ready-to-use lessons mapped to curriculum content standards, activities and templates allow teachers to effectively integrate differentiated instruction into courses in education. As teachers we have our own jargon, which is often based on current educational trends and philosophies. Sometimes it can seen overwhelming to keep abreast of all the latest developments and buzzwords in our profession. While many of the changes and advances become an important part of our curricula and repertoire, others fall by the wayside because we learn they aren't as effective as advertised. The waning popularity of particular approaches or tactics doesn't necessarily mean that their methodologies are inherently flawed but that our teaching practices are keenly shared by such external factors as cultural shifts, changes in the family, dynamic and technology improvements. So as the "business" of education undergoes changes, we, too must make modifications to reach students of different backgrounds and level. It offers a unique flexibility to withstand change over a significant period of time.

To start with, what is differentiation?,it means designing instruction to meet individual needs. Whether teachers differentiate content, process, products,or the learning environment ,the use of ongoing assessment and flexible grouping makes this a successful approach to instruction.
In a differentiated classroom, teachers perceive the differences that make students unique, not to distinguish one as better or less than another, but to form instructional objectives that effectively match each student.
By instructing in flexible groups, the teacher is able to effectively vary the leve and kinds of instructional materials as well as customize learning assignments, many of which directly respond to learner's interest.
    Differentiated instruction can be effectively integrated into courses in education in the following ways;
    (1) Avoid trying to differentiate what was not effective in the first place.
(2)Recognize, respect, and respond to learner differences as learning experiences are planned. Vary the types of learning experiences so different kinds of learning styles and intelligences can be observed, identified, and then acted upon in lesson planning.
(3)Integrate learning standards. In differentiated classrooms, teachers skillfully integrate clusters of learning standards in engaging learning tasks that enable students to demonstrate understanding. The standards are viewed as springboards for discussions and learning experiences instead of ends in themselves.
(4)Prompt high-level thinking and responses for all students. Challenge students to continually analyze and synthesize as they work to construct solutions. Encourage multiple responses from students instead of suspending discussion after only one response. As appropriate, follow up multiple responses with evaluative thinking by involving students in ranking the list of generated ideas based on effectiveness or some other pertinent criterion.
(5)Promote content integration. Selected learning experiences should allow students to connect prior knowledge and new information rather than stress isolated skills. Select interesting activities with multiple opportunities for integration and application of concepts and skills. Busy teachers do not have time for activities that are merely fun to do. The goal is for every task to engage students and expand their content understanding.
(6)Encourage complexity and challenge. Provide tasks that involve varying levels of difficulty and incorporate appropriate levels of challenge to account for individual readiness levels.
(7)Support students' interests and choices. Provide multiple opportunities for students to choose topics to study, products to develop, and an array of applications and extensions to enhance their learning.
(8)Elicit active mental engagement in learning. Select learning experiences designed to actively engage students' minds and bodies in learning. Students who are mentally engaged are seldom bored; active involvement increases their learning and personal connections to the content. The goal is for most of the students to be actively engaged most of the time.
(9)Continually share criteria for success and high achievement with students. Clearly established criteria are communicated to the students in advance of the learning experience and used for self or collaborative evaluation. Some examples of criteria include: complexity of content or solution, accuracy and depth of information, quality, group cooperation, evidence of understanding, appearance, originality, integration of skills, organization, time management, applications of technology, and presentation.

Differentiated learning is an organized yet flexible way of proactively adjusting teaching/learning method to accomodate each child's learning needs and preferences in order to ahieve his!her maximum growth as a learner.
Learning is conceptual framework that describes how information is ascribed, processed and retained during learning. Learning brings together cognitive, emotional and environment influences and experiences for acquiring or changes in one's knowledge, skills, values and world view.

HOW TO EFFECTIVELY INTEGRATED IT INTO COURSES IN EDUCATION.
    (1) By identifying learning preferences and materials.
    (2) Through content
    (3) By identifying knowledge of the students' understanding e.g. Quizzes, class discussion, portifolios.

Differentiated instruction is the explicit guidance on how to better help people learn and develop. It is how to structure materials for promoting the education of humanbeing.
Differentiated learning is a framework for effective teaching that involves providing students with different avenues to acquiring content; to processing, constructing or making sense of ideas and to developing teaching materials and assessment measures so that all students within a classroom can learn effectively.

HOW TO EFFECTIVELY INTEGRATED IT INTO COURSES IN EDUCATION

    (1) By integrate it into the curriculum.
    (2) By using dynamic instructional procedure.
    (3) By determining the locale of the learners and compile appropriate resources and timeline.

DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION/LEARNING:WHAT IS IT?,HOW CAN IT BE EFFECTIVELY INTERGRATED INTO COURSES IN EDUCATION

This is otherwise known as differntiated learning or differentiation.
it is a philosophy for teaching effectively that involves giving students several opportunities of acquiring content;to processing, constructing, or making sense of ideas and developing teaching materials and assessment measures, so that all learners within a learning environment/classroom can learn effectively, regardless of difference in ability.
It is also, according to Carol Ann Tomilson, as the process of ensuring that what a student learns, how he learns, and how the learner practicalises what he has learnt...this is a match for that student's readiness level, interests and preffered mode of learning.
    IT CAN BE APPLIED BY:
    (1) helping the teachers to know where exactly is the form of teaching that is suitable and effective for learners/students
    (2) it allows for response from the students for effective education.
    (3) It gives students access to different mode of knowledge acquisition.

According to Anderson,2007.Differentiated instruction stems from beliefs about differences among learners, how they learn, learning preferences and individual interest. Therefore, differentiation is an organised, yet flexible way of proactively adjusting teaching and learning methods to accomodate each child's learning needs and preferences in order to achieve his or her maximum growth as a learner.
Response2:Differentiated instruction can be effectively integrated into courses in education through the use of many different strategies at once targeted at once as CAROL Ann Tomlinson says;''If you want to grow as a cook, you need to expand your ingredients''.Therefore, there should be a clear curricullum based objectives, the teacher must assess students readiness, interest and ''learning profile''(which includes recognition of a child's culture and background)Well enought to understand their needs in relation to specific lessons or learning goals and to use that knowledge in selecting approaches to best help each child learn.

What is Differentiated instruction/ learning. How can it be effectively integrated into courses in education.
According to Carol Ann Tomlinson (2008: p.32) defines it as the process of "ensuring that what a student learns, how the student demonstrates what he or she has learned is a match for that student's readiness level, interests and preferred mode of learning"
Differentiated instruction is a framework or philosophy for effective teaching that involves providing students with different avenuea to acquiring content;to processing;constructing;or making sense of ideas;and developing teaching materials and assessment measures so that all students within a classroom can learn effectively, regardless of differences in ability.
However, differentiated instruction is proactive-meaning that the teacher plans and uses a variety of ways to teach learning. It is a combination of whole group, small group, and individual instruction. It is also qualitative-meaning quality work over quantity work. It uses multiple approaches to accommodate multiple intelligence. It is student centred-meaning that lessons are engaging, relevant, interesting, and active. It is dynamic and lastly it is organised and planned. Thus, differeniated instruction is not chaotic, homogeneous grouyp and it is not more work for students.
HOW IT CAN BE EFFECTIVELY INTEGRATED INTO COURSES IN EDUCATION.
    (1) By assessing the learners and ensuring an equal education opportunity for all students in the classroom through the use of various instructional and assessment methods to meet the needs of all students in the classroom.
    (2) With the No Child Behind Law, teachers are required to be highly qualified in the core area in which they teach.
    (3) By creating an effective learning climate, investigating information about facts of the learners based on the trengths, background knowledge and experiences, interests learning style(s),multiple intelligence and important relationship. Also investigate the goals of the learners, facts about classroom demands, process demanding and product demanding.
    (4) Through grouping based on students knowledge of a subject, ability to perform skill, cooperative learning groups, interest in a certain area of content, peer tutoring and heterogenous grouping.
    (5) Through curriculum approach. Organising curriculum to meet the various needs to diverse learners. Therefore,it takes into consideration several strategies related to curriculum approach and organisation, learning status;incorporating projects into classroom.
    (6) Teachers must tailor their instruction and adjust the curriculum to students need in various courses rather than expecting students to modify themselves to fit the curriculum.

DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION is an instructional theory that allows teachers to face this challenge by taking diverse students factors into account when planning delivering instruction.based on this theory, teacher can structure learning environment that address the variety of learning styles interest and abilities found within a classroom.Kathy Bigo defines differentiation as the right of each pupil to be taught in a way specifically tailored to their individual learing needs. Each learner comes to school with differen t set of learning needs including differing educational, personal and communal context and varing degrees of academic skill development.
    EFFECTS
Differentiated instruction is based upon the belief that students learn best connections between the curriculum and their diverse interest and the experiences, and thatb the greatest learning occurs when students are pushed slightly beyond the point where they can work with assistance.this differs for students who are working below grade level and for those who are gifted in a given area ratherv than simply teaching to the middle teaching by providing avenue for learning for all students.
2.in order to understand how a student learn and what they know pre assessment and ongoing assessment are essential this provides feedback for both the teacher and students with the ultimate goal of improving student learning
3.delivering of instruction in the past often following a one size fits all approach,on the other hand differentiation is individually student centred with a focus on utilising appropriate instruction and assessment tools that are fair, flexible challenging and engage students in the curriculum in meaningful ways.

Differentiated instruction is a frame work for effective teaching that involves providing students with difference avenue to acquire content; to processing, constructing, or making sense of ideals and to developing teaching materials and assessment measures so that all students within a classroom can learn effectively, regardless of differences in ability. it is a process of creating multiple paths for students with different abilities to takes greater responsibility and ownership for their own learning and provide opportunity for peer teaching and cooperative learning.
Differentiated instruction can be integrated into courses in education in curriculum that is the essentila curricula concept may be the same for all the student but the content activities or learning product vary so all the students are challenge and no students is frustrated. it also integrated in use of multiple and kind of learning material. it is incorporated into student's interest to increase their motivation to learn and maximize their potential. it is integrated in learning activities for special students with weakness to give them opportunity fpr developing need skills as well as opportunity to display individual strength

Differentiated learning can be refers to as a way to reach students with different learning styles, different ability to absorb information and different ways of expressing what they have learned. students are placed at the center of teaching and learning. each learner comes to school with a different set of learning needs, including differing educational, personal and communal contexts and varying degrees of academic skill development.

    RESPONSE 2
In order to make differentiated learning effectively integrated into courses in education, both the teachers and principal of a school has a lot to do. these includes:
    1. The teacher must be confident, competent, and creative in implementing some technologies in his teachings.
    2. The reason for integrating learning technology needs to be clear and reasonably communicated to the teachers and students by the principal.
    3. There should be provision of appropriate professional development, time and resources to support effective classroom implementation of technology.
    4. The early adopters should share their ideas and strategies with the inexperienced.
    5. Students should be encouraged by their teachers to use email, going online or using multimedia tools to produce and publish online.
